1.工作職稱: 文件服務代表(DSR)

工作內容

1) 資料輸入準備相關文件(提單)

2) 送提單草稿給客戶核對

3) 依客戶的要求修正提單

4) 根據總部要求完成AMS/DTX傳輸

工作經歷:1年以上

科系要求:航運管理相關、國際貿易相關

語文條件:英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等

其他條件:

1) 大專(含)以上畢業

2) 良好的電腦操作能力

3) 具備中等的英文能力(主要是讀寫)

4) 精準的打字速度(一分鐘40字以上及錯誤少於5個)

薪資範圍:33,000-40,000

2.工作職稱: 會計助理

工作內容

1) 開立發票/收據

2) 確認每天的櫃台報表及確認報表的正確性

3) 確認發票資料入會計系統

4) 彙整每天支票/傳票資料

5) 建立每日匯率檔

6) 其它應收帳款之處理

7) 其他主管交辦事項

8) 接受其它財務性質工作輪調 例如:會計帳務作業

資格要求:

1)  一年以上航運及相關產業的工作經驗
 (新鮮人可-會計財務相關科系或商科畢業佳)

2) 具備中等英文能力(主要是讀寫)

3) 良好的電腦操作能力(尤其是MS Office-Excel及Word)

薪資範圍:33,000-40,000

3.工作職稱: 業務協調員 (Inbound Sales)

工作內容

01) Assist Supervisor - import in sales leads handling and correspondence with  overseas agents / counterparts.

02) Assist sales rep to serve customers with troubling shooting for M+R, CCL,
 outstanding payment and quick dispatch of ONC arrangement as per
 consignee's request

03) Assist Supervisor - import to follow up with regular clients and build rapport

2) In house sales contact with existing and potential customers to develop
 import business.

04) Keep track of the import lifting performance and record keeping

05) Pricing and filing assistance-Assist sales/manager-import in rate filing and
 record keeping as and when necessary

06) Prepare quotation/handle enquiries requested by customers, and confirm
 special freight rate/terms and conditions approved by Principal / Regional
 before issue of quotation to customers

07) Storage and equipment free time application/apply via TMS

08) Handle overdue import un-returned containers and issue reminder notice
 to consignees

09) Handle daily/weekly inbound overdue report for potential UAC cases with
 OPS and UAC Dept

10) Handle potential Claims case and report to Claims Dept. for comment

11) Co-ordinate with EQT Dept. in regard to Cold Treatment issue

12) Handle M&R cases which raised out by consignee/POL

13) Check free time from TMS/rate agreement by per B/L and Upload special
 offer in ILIM system

14) Answer telephone queries including free time, arrival notice and others

15) Ensure customers’ requirements are duly followed up and transferred to
 all concerned parties

16) Inform EQT VIP waiver list of M&R charges by per vessel from Principal

17) Liaise with operation / logistics team and port agent on equipment aging
 situation and assist to follow up with customers on equipment return and
 demurrage/storage settlement

18) Co-ordinate with EQT Dept. in regard to empty return to specific Depot as
 per consignee’s request or EQT instruction

19) Pushing Client for all Cargo quick delivery

20) Updating Information in Intranet and global website

21) Doing Gate in / out forecast repot for Equipment Team

22) Create new TMS code or clarify customer's data for MSC Geneva Service
 Desk's request

23) Coordinate with internal departments upon request by overseas agents /
 customers

24) Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and
 policies

25) Review and revise the import operating procedures when necessary

26) Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager
 and management

27) Co-ordinate with EQT Dept. in regard to arrange container transportation
 + ONC (door service) arrangement

28) Assist F&A to handle outstanding Payment and refund payment.

資格要求:

1) 三年以上航運及相關產業的工作經驗 (有進口實務經驗尤佳)

2) 具備中等英文能力

3) 良好的電腦操作能力(尤其是MS Office-Excel及Power Point)

工作地點: 台北市松山區民生東路三段133號12樓  

工作待遇: 面議(工作時間:09:00-18:00, 周休二日)
